Why does my rear window washer not spray?
Why does my rear window washer not spray?
On my new 2017 OB 3.6R Limited, the rear windshield washer doesn’t spray, it instead seems to just allow two rivulets of washer fluid to ‘run’ onto the window. Is this normal? Because of the location of the washer nozzle, I can’t get a look at it to see if anything might be clogging it. Click to expand… Ditto.
Is there fluid coming out of the front window washer?
And yeah, if you haven’t used them for a while, it can take a while for fluid to get back there. Also keep in mind that if you’re expecting fluid and you think you SHOULD have fluid coming out the back – check the tank. It pulls the back from a higher level that it pulls the front, so until the tank is empty you’ll have fluid up front.
How often should I use my rear window washer?
Seems like the longer the system sits without being used, the longer it takes for the fluid to reach the rear window nozzles, but when used almost every day as is necessary around here in the wintertime, the fluid discharge is almost instant.
When to use rear window washer in Subaru Outback?
Really only a big problem in the winter. Once the pump has the water pressure to the rear nozel it’s a bit of an art timing the “spray” or stream of window cleaner to hit the windshield so the wiper cleans properly on both sides. I have it down to a science… lol
