Okay, everyone I”ve asked about this problem has been stumped including mechanics at Ford. I have a 2002 350 with a 7.3 A few weeks ago my 4WD wasn”t working. I took the hubs off and they were dried up, crusty, and the plastic bushings were all busted out.
