I REPLACED BOTH BLENDING DOOR MOTORS. DRIVERS SIDE WAS BLOWING COLD WHILE THE PASS SIDE WOULD BLOW COLD OR HOT DEPENDING ON SETTINGS. REPLACED BOTH MOTORS BUT NOW DRIVER SIDE ONLY BLOWS HOT WHILE PASS SIDE TEMP IS ADJUSTABLE STILL.

It didn’t come with an owners manual and I have a heater problem. The heater won’t blow warm air on the drivers side! No heat on defrost or any other setting for the driver. Warm air blowing on the pass side. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Why does the passenger side dual climate control only blow?
There is a door on the plenum, behind the dash which opens and closes to direct cold air. For safety purposes and by design most vehicles have hot water supplied to the heater all the time. I suspect the door closing off the cold air, allowing hot air to flow, is stuck or broken. 3 people found this helpful.

Very inadequate heat and AC, First time was noticed on hot humid day, AC not working properly, cool but not cold, found AC system low on Freon, Dealer checked for leaks and recharged system, one month later same issue, cool but not cold, Dealer reprogrammed system and checked AC output, dealer believed the system iced up inside the near the coil.

Why does my F150 blow hot air on one side?
Blowing heat on one side… When the AC is turned on, my 2010 F150 blows hot air into driver side compartment but cold air into the passenger side compartment. The Driver’s side air is really hot. The first time it happened, I stopped and turned the truck off and it worked fine for about two weeks. Now I can’t get it to blow even cool air.
