My 2002 F150 5.4L had been coughing and stuttering at random for months especially when it got humid. Through deductive reasoning I figured out it was probably faulty ignition coils. Bit the bullet and bought all 8 ignition coils to replace them all…didn’t want to guess which ones were bad. Best thing I’ve ever done! Truck runs like new again!
