Why are the fog lights not working on my Toyota?

The fuse I blew was the main 40A Maxi Fuse in the engine bay. I went out and replaced it and now noticed my fog lights arent working any more. Ive checked the fuses again in the engine bay and none are blown. Ive also checked the fuses in the interior fuse box (under the steering column) and still nothing.

Where are the fuses on a fog lamp?

If all of the fuses are good, then I would check the fog lamp relay and inputs/outputs of the relay. This relay is located in the central junction box. It should have two powers going into the relay with the fog lights turned on.

This means the contacts inside the relay are closing and the relay should be sending power out of the relay to the fog lights. The problem could be in the central junction box not allowing power out to the tan/orange wire or the tan/orange wire from the central junction box to the fog lights is open or broken.
