Why are my clutch packs not working in my Ford?

Second time replacing the clutches in the differential. Ford covered the second time. Not fixed mechanic said clutch packs drained oil and replaced put in an additive helped a lot but getting worse again after a few months. makes whining noise when turning and has a shutter when starting off or backing up.
