its the exhaust and large amount of boost. YOu spin your turbo to that kind of RPM and get rid of your muffler. Even driving around open downpipe the tsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss ssssssssss of the turbo is always heard, especially if you listen for it.
