If you have part of a subframe hanging down, perhaps due to rot, you could have a serious issue there. Looks more like a heat shield between the exhaust pipe and the floor (to keep heat out of the cabin).

Wires are now dangling lower than usual however the wire leading to the house which comes in diagnally from the main wire across my driveway (double wide) and attached to the metal support sticking up above the roof of the house is now dangling across my driveway so low that I cannot get my work truck with cap & ladders atop out of my driveway.
