How does a 5.4 Melling Hi volume oil pump work?
On the 5.4 remove the oil filter and using a suction gun push oil into the small hole located at the 7 o’clock position. This will push oil into the pump directly. Before installing I also poured oil into the pump.

You haven’t listed any problems, so how can I diagnose anything so far you’ve only told me that compared to other limos thisone has lower oil pressure, like I said low oil pressure isn’t a huge problem uless it fluctuates alot while maintaining a certain speed, no oil pressure is a problem however.
