No, it still won’t be ok. The air dryer gets rid of moisture in the air, draining your tanks won’t do anything to the moisture that’s already in the air. Sounds like a purge valve problem, or the valves on your air compressor. Where does it leak from?

How to reset the a / C on a 2007 DT466?
Using the cruise control buttons, at the same time push the left button up and the right one down to pull the codes on the dash. To RESET all codes and start the A/C again push both cruise control buttons UP.
What should the high pressure switch be on an international 4300?
Sounds like the high pressure switch is bad. The high side should go up close to 300psi before it cuts the compressor off. The normal opperating range for the high side is 180-250 and your not getting that.
