The door lock relay is located under the center of the dash. Wow! This is probably why none of my searches are producing informative results. I also currently own a 1998 GMC Sierra truck and the dash looks identical. I have the Chilton manual for my 98′ but it never dawned on me to look.

Can a power door lock only lock the passenger side?

It sounds like a power problem, you said you checked the fuse, so maybe it’s the wire providing power to the control module inside the door. Sometimes, the wires will break in the wire bundle going to the door. There is a lot of flex from the door opening, or closing.

Why are the doors on my truck not unlocking?

What’s happening is all 4 doors will NOT unlock using the fob, passenger button or driver button. The only way to get into the truck is using the actual key. The power locks will lock just fine. When I press any unlock button, there is a clicking near/in the interior fuse box. There is no power going to any of the locks when I try to unlock them.
