When do I need to replace the latch on my Yukon?

Purchased the replacement latch for my 2008 Yukon on July 21, 2020. On September 1st 2020 the latched stopped working. I am trying to figure out how to contact the seller to receive a Warranty replacement.

How to reverse rear power liftgate Latch actuator?

Sit it to the side and then you can depress the retainer clip on the plug and pull the wire harness from the actuator motor and remove the motor and sit it to the side. Get this new actuator motor and reverse these steps.

Is there a lift gate actuator on my enclave?

It would make noise and unlock/unlatch but would not lift up and open. This is a common lift gate actuator across a lot of GM vehicles with auto-opening rear hatches, such as Enclave, Tahoe, Traverse, Suburban, Enclave, Yukon, etc etc. and across many year models as well. Replacement at least on my ’08 Enclave took all of 20 minutes.

Why is my rear lift gate not working?

The motor on my rear lift gate works, but liftgate won’t open: It starts to open and then closes itself. I cannot physically lift it. Is the problem with the hydrolics? It is not cold, frozen, it worked yesterday. The glass portion will open. Replaced glass release button a month ago. Exact problem happened to me days after I bought my 11 Denali.
