What was the name of the 1988 Chrysler Conquest?
Presenting the Chrysler Conquest, from 1988. Chrysler existed without a sports car in its portfolio for the early part of the Eighties, but did sell the Mitsubishi Galant Lambda as the Dodge Challenger and Plymouth Sapporo. Is the Chrysler Conquest a good car to buy?
Back Hatch shocks are good, all locks and keys are good, it is a mid west car, and with that being said it has some rust bubbles, scaling and paint fade, if it were a southern or west coast car the price would be MUCH HIGHER.. Overall it is a good solid driver or restore car.
What did the Chrysler Conquest TSi look like?
The sharp-angled, swept-back design was reminiscent of all things Star Wars and was keeping in a similar styling theme with Toyota’s 1982-1986 Supra, especially the wide-body version like this example. The blistered sides project a “serious business” vibe and the turbo-charged engine could back up to the look.
What makes a Chrysler Conquest make a noise?
Driver seat has som noe seperation where the leather was stitched. There seems to be some oil drainage around the engine but it does not drip to the floor. Previous owner stated that the engine was rebuildt but I have no proofs. When making right turn with the car it makes some noise, it sounds like the steeing arm.
