How long does it take for a GMC Sierra to stop stalling?
If you decide to replace it. Your PCM will have to go through the relearn. Another words, it may take up to 5 miles of driving or 15 minuts for the idle to stop fluctuating. Good luck My 2002 with the 8.1 had a similar problem for a year for which the dealer or various independent repair facilities couldn’t find a solution.
