The pigtail wire that feeds constant current to your ECM is corroded in the battery connection, put a new connector on that wire, or replace the cable. You can test it by bypassing the terminal connection with a jumper wire from the battery post to the ECM wire.

My 2004 Silverado won’t start when it’s rainy so I sprayed the heck outta the wires and cap with wd40 it started right up ran till it rained 2 weeks later now just starts I can hear the fuel pump running but it dies after about 40 secs dies then will not start till it sits for about ab hour any suggestions
