Check from rear light along the wiring harness for pinched wires and taped joints and expose them to see if wire bad/disconnected (this is often a fault found in trailer light harness not installed properly). Check all grounds in the vicinity clean and retighten.

2005 Titan trailer tail lights are not working. I have brakes and turns work fine. Changed the three relays still i have no tail lights. The first thing I would check is the trailer wiring running light fuse located in the power distribution box under the hood.
