2013 Escape Titanium AWD. EXACT same issue. Multiple diagnoses, charge, new Shrader valve, now with dash torn apart to see it it’s an ‘explosion’ of dye showing with failed Evaporator core. Cheap aluminium tube connections rotted through (assuming).
