How do I book a repair with knowhow?
Here’s how it works:
- Call the Knowhow Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.
- You’ll be asked to pay the repair charge which covers the repair including diagnostics and parts.
- On the day of the repair a Knowhow engineer will call you 30 minutes before they arrive so you know when to expect them and then repair the appliance.

Fill in the online claim form on the Team Knowhow website. When you make a claim, we’ll need your name, date of birth, address and the policy number on your Certificate of Insurance, so please have these ready. ^Calls to this number may be free from a landline.
