They installed something called on the electrical schematics “Splice Pack”. The Splice Pack screws to the fenders and the individual ground wires from the devices in the list above just plug onto the Splice Pack (s). In that pic you can see the wiring harness passing just underneath the Spice-Pack.
How are ground wires plugged into a splice pack?
You can’t see the individual ground wires that plug into it in that view, the body of the Splice-Pack blocks the view of the wires. The Splice-Pack is a simple piece of comb-shaped stamped steel with a plastic cover over it. It has a mounting-hole through which a screw secures it to the fender, which makes the “ground” connection.

Signal®mirror harness (short for driver side and long for passenger side). Slide the end with no connector through the routing passage (from the inside of the mirror housing) and through the hole in the rubber insulation. Attach the rubber insulation to the mirror mounting frame.
