If this is what you are experiencing then you can try the following but you need 2 sets of keys that have previously worked. Each step should be completed within 15 seconds; Take first key, insert in ignition, switch ON and OFF within 15 seconds Do the same with the second key

Where is the Starter Cable on a Chrysler Voyager?
Have a look at the starter motor – it’s down between the radiator & the engine – & check to see if their is a yellow cable with a spade connector on it. It’s a common fault that this comes off. It’s the signal cable from the ignition to tell the starter motor to fire. In the trade they call it the exciter cable.
