What is Side Imaging Orientation?

1. Press the HOME key.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Sonar.
4. Under Side Imaging, select SI Orientation.
5. To display the beams as the transducer is installed select Normal.
6. To change how the beams are displayed so that port and starboard are switched, select Reverse.

Will a side imaging transducer work on a down imaging unit?

If you own one of our High Definition Side Imaging products you can use a Down Imaging transducer with it to improve your Down Imaging readings.

Yes. In as little as two feet of water the Side Imaging units will show great detail of objects 50-75 feet away from the boat.
