Sorry to hear you forgot to use your SCENE card at the theatre. SCENE points are only awarded when you present your SCENE membership card before the end of the transaction.

Your SCENE points will not expire unless your account remains unused for a period of 2 years. SCENE is committed to communicating with our members as they reach this 2 year period and ensuring they have sufficient warning before your account is closed.
