It is very important to make sure the parking brake is on. Once that is set, get out of the vehicle and look at the reverse lights, they should be illuminated.

Come to find out that in the fuse panel to the left of the driver knee there is a fuse numbered TBC 2B. That fuse controls the reverse lights and the Interior dome light (which I did not know was not working) I think one of my aux reverse lights shorted out and is blowing the fuse . They don’t, however, turn on when you put the truck into reverse, or when the rest of the perimeter lighting is engaged.

Location:The only “Shire” in the USA ! Ok , Underhood in the big Fuse box power block there should be a few marked for trailer lights. I am thinking one of these fuses is blown. Also could have a switch on the Transmission that is bad.. Good luck!
