Knockoffs are made which look exactly like the factory. I sprayed WD-40 on mine fixed it . still working fine. just pull straight off the volume control knob spray for a second and don’t turn on radio for a day. all should be good, or if it has steering wheel control it may be needing a cleaning also. 8 people found this helpful.
