The Sync Module on 2010 and up Fusions (Located at the end of the center console, behind the rear cover) does have a 2nd USB port. It is a USB-Mini-B female socket, pretty much just as the older Fusions had.

Why is my Ford Fusion note 20 ultra not working?
My dealer explained that the hub max’s out at 15W, whereas many new phones require more (25-45). My Note 20 Ultra worked fine for months, then all of sudden Android Auto stopped working because the hub burned out (I have a 2017 Fusion). They’re waiting back from Ford on an answer.
