Yes, we provide comfortable changing facilities which include showers, toilets, hair dryers, weighing machines, lockers and plug sockets. In some of our gyms to use a locker you will need a padlock. If you do not have a padlock or do not wish to use one please bring 20p for one off use.

JD Gyms completed the acquisition of the trade and assets of Xercise4Less, which had hundreds of members at its Swansea base, in July, 2020. It announced at the time on its website: “We will be investing significantly into the Xercise4Less estate and the gyms will benefit from a refurbishment programme.”
