Nope, you can’t sled down the ski slopes—unless of course you go tubing. (Parents can sled with small kids.) Even better, they have a snowgun set up to create snow as long as temps allow, so there’s always a chance to sled!

Nestled between the ice rink and the tubing park is the Dave Nixon Pro Shop which houses skate rentals, the Sugar Mountain Sports Shop Annex and a Sugar Mountain Resort restaurant.
When do tubing tickets go on sale at Sugar Mountain Resort?
No more than six (6) tickets per person may be purchased at a time. Tickets for each session go on sale one hour prior to the start of the session and are sold on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS – THERE ARE NO PRESALES. Upon approval children ages 3 & 4 qualify for a complimentary tubing ticket.
