Your springs, sway bar links and brake lines will all need to be modified to accommodate the bigger lift. There are claims that you can run 35s with only 4” of lift, however there will be a fair amount of trimming involved. When lifting a Sierra/Silverado you ideally want to go for a 6” lift.
