I have a 2000 crown Victoria that won’t start. It spins over but won’t crank up. I tired pulling a code reader on it and I’m not getting any power to the ECM. I even bought a new computer and it still does that same thing. I changed the crank sensor as well. Yes everything fuse is good under the hood and under the dash.
