When correctly set and enforced, speed limits improve traffic flow and maximize all public road users’ safety. Speed limits should not be raised or lowered only to manipulate traffic volume on a particular roadway. States are urged to use engineering and traffic surveys when setting maximum speed limits.

How can I set a static speed limit?
From the drop down menu, I selected Static maximum speed limit. It had the value of 250 km/h and I put in 100 km/h to see if it would accept it. It did! I drove around and sure enough it restricted speed to 100 km/h. Now when I try to set a higher number it will not update the speed.

What’s the proposed speed limit for the TTPs?
We are expecting the TTPS to charge from 1-3km/h upwards of any posted speed limit. At the proposed 120km/h, people can safely cruise at 100km/h, with the flexibility to overtake at speeds up to 120km/h, all within the proposed limit. The enforcement side of the equation is coming together, it’s up to us to lobby for the rest.

An underrated tire blows out and you end up hitting a family head on, now innocent people have been killed because of someone thinking that they are cool cause they can drive 100 mph. Is the 100 mph governor a limiter or limiter?
True, the tires and drive train are the limiters. Any tune will give you the option to delete it. Be careful and have fun. Hola! Anyone have experience in shutting off the factory 100mph governor?
