Why is the front passenger door not unlocking?

The passenger front door is not unlocking with the rest of the doors via key button (central locking) it will unlock from the inside when the handle is pulled. The car is an 09 Seat Leon, unfortunately a few months out of warranty. What if you hit the unlock button the remote twice? It’s not that one boydie.
