Why is the back hatch on my Ford Freestar not opening?
The back hatch door won’t open. I have the panel off and it looks like the mechanisms are working but the latch will not release. I think it is the actuator but I’m not sure. How do I manually open it? I cannot get in there to pop the latch open nor can I see the latch.
