Apparently this is a known issue with few cars. Part of the fuel pump assembly (probably made of Acetal kind of plastic) developed a crack over time and started leaking whenever the pump is working. I went to a professional who asked for about US $800 !!! the pump alone is few hundreds. So I decided to look at it myself as you can see.
