Feb 9, 2018 1,342 NY There is a second battery that lets say handles stop/start. That secondary battery is on the passenger side front of JLU, behind the fender liner. (see pic below). Perhaps that battery is bad, a wire loose at battery, etc..

There is also a button on the dash that you can press to toggle the stop/start on and off (disable it with) with. I’m not sure if you know that there is such a button.
