IMHO, DELCO – which is the GM affiliate that mnfrs. batteries for the TAHOE is the likely culprit. The design and manufacturing flaws that I have seen and experienced in my Tahoe batteries are numerous. Quality is not JOB-1 at Delco. No battery should be designed with sidewall terminals.
