Can a 1999 GMC Envoy have standard headlights?
As of Yet, after extensive searching, can not find a thing regarding converting HID headlights on a 1999 Envoy to Standard Headlights. Cut the wires approx. 1-3/4-in. from the connector. Then splice in the new pigtail (parts numbers shown below) using the splice sleeve. Install new headlight bulb and test.
