When i bought my first scat (new 97) it was then owned by a company call trak international, trak was then aquired by a company called compact technologies, wich was a part of a company called omni quip, wich was owned by textron. besides skid steer loaders, they also sold sky track and lull loaders.

I have been operatering a Skat Trak 1700 CX since 1997 (ours was new then). It is by far the strongest I have ever operated. I have been in everything from New Holland to Cat, John Deere to Mustang. Just about everyone I have operated, stalled going into pile of dirt for a load.
