Where to find engine casting number 10066086?

Can anyone help ID the #’s. On the right side front, under head the # is 1M1004 then under that is 5vp. On the left rear, near firewall is stamped #10066086. Someone said its a Targetmaster replacement motor.

I am wondering what year and what ever else you guys can find out from these casting numbers so far i have found that it is a target master engine made in mexico made on may 29th. if any anyone could find out the year for me that would be greatly appreciated.
