The rear seat floor vents, behind the front seats, are driven from the front passenger controller. The overhead vents, and the rear row vent on the passenger side are driven by the rear controller. To get air conditioning out of the floor vents I believe we must select both foot and shoulder levels.

Recently my front vents stopped working on my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. I’ve tried to recalibrate by taking out the fuse, waiting a couple minutes, putting the fuse back in, turning the car to run, letting it go through its motions, but that didn’t work. The air blows cold, but it is only coming out at the feet, side vents and defrost.

Son jumped another car,using mom’s 2003 Chevy Trailblazer, blew a 125 amp fuse under hood to fuse block, replaced fuse,everything appears to work except the A/C blows only to the floor and not out the main dash vents,have check fuses, swapped around other like relays.
