Guys racing in mud or sand are running 8,000 rpms, with 3/55 gears in front, 4/11 gears in rear all the time. On street you would want all the differentials and tire sizes the sam, but there is no rule saying not to use 4×4 over 100mph. AWD mercedes/ audis are built for high speed, the autoban is high enough speed for yA???

I purchased a 2019 Silverado in July 2019 and it has developed a strange lurching motion while coming to a stop kind of feels like hitting a small pothole after doing some research GM has been aware of this and other issues with the 8 speed transmission for about 4 years now.

Tranny temp was fine as I have a really good aftermarket trans cooler installed. It was hot out as well, roughly 32 deg c (93 deg f). Just wondering how hot is too hot? I was at the top of the hill by the time it reached that temp and it came down quickly once I started heading downhill.

Is the Chevy Silverado 1500 a good truck?
Reliable, comfortable, tons of power and decent fuel economy for a full size truck. It was one of those trucks that you can get attached too, which I did hahaha. Once I saw the new Silverado I was a little apprehensive to the design. I though maybe they went a little to bold and progressive. I saw a ton of people bashing it on social media.
