Goal is to transfer pictures from a USB hard drive to a USB flash drive in Windows 10 2004 File Explorer. All are known good devices. When I plug in an external hard drive in a USB it shows up as expected in File Explorer. I then plug in a USB flash drive, the hard drive disappears in File Explorer and the flash drive doesn’t show up.
