So far I have cleaned the MAF sensor, new air filter, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, cleaned the EGR, replaced the Ignition control and Ignition control module. I have even run GM top cleaner through it (throttle body) for Carbon build-up and got no carbon or results.

As soon as I put it into Reverse/Drive etc. the RPM’s drop below that mark and it struggles to stay running.
