I found out that when I remove the BACK UP fuse (7.5A, but there’s a 10A in its place) from the under-hood fuse box, the fluctuating current draw stops and stabilizes at a constant 0.06A. According to my PDF Helms manual, the BACK UP fuse is used for clearing codes of the TCM, the radio code, radio presets and clock.

Is the 15A fuse linked to the under dash box?
The underdash fusebox is *not* linked to that fuse, and the Helms is telling you each and every thing that the fuse is powering… I pulled the 15A fuse for the radio from the under-dash box and it actually made the drain INCREASE, but by only 0.01A (to 0.07).

I pulled the 15A fuse for the radio from the under-dash box and it actually made the drain INCREASE, but by only 0.01A (to 0.07). I guess I’ll just start pulling everything till it goes away.
