2007 Silverado 4.3 V6 -39,000 miles…no engine or tranny mods. No exhaust. I do have a K&N air filter that I just cleaned. I don’t think I have that MAF sensor on my intake like the more expensive trucks do. My problem seems to be a lack of power, like it just doesn’t want to go (V6 jokes aside).
Have a KN intake system on it and keep it clean so I dont think that is it but I havent really done anything else as far as modifications.
