With the parts you have mentioned you can realistically make about 400-430 HP….you can call one of the cam manufacturers for a recommended cam (I prefer Bullet Cams) . Also, which heads do you have?

I am taking one of my 1968 camaros to a chassis builder in 2 months to be built into a Super Stock application, a 350 295hp with a glide combination to race in SS/GA and SS/HA. After that car is built I will take one of my 1969 Camaro bodies to the same chassis shop to be built into a Super Stock manual transmission car.

I have 3 327/250 engines built for competition in stock eliminator. My valve lift is .392, factory cast iron intake (untouched) with factory quadrajet. Compression is 8.5 to 1, factory type rocker arms, hydraulic valve lifters, head casting number is 293.
