Worldedit’s basic terrain editing commands are about equal with voxelsniper but worldedit can have additional brushes and is a lot faster so I recommend worldedit. Also worldedit can do ground terrain better than voxelsniper can. If I had to choose one thing, it would be VoxelSniper.
