Why do I hear a dragging metal sound?
It could be that it was a matter of left front bearing, right rear bearing, right front…, etc at different times and the impression is then left that the same bearing was replaced over and over again. If the same bearing is failing repeatedly after a short use then someone may not be doing an install correctly. EK_Hammer July 6, 2016, 4:59am #6
Why does my undercarriage make a rattling noise?
So it appears it is either caused by a bad IWE solenoid or one of the vacuum lines has a hole or loose connection. Sounds strange, at least from my speakers, let us know how that turns out.

What kind of noise does a rear wheel make?
So the other day I was driving in a school zone at about 20 mph when I heard a VERY loud sound, like I’m dragging metal. i might also describe it as two rusty metal plates being rubbed against each other, but really really loud. The noise is related to speed, it sounds cyclical and speeds up as the wheel turns faster.
