What to do about oil leak on Ford PowerStroke?

If it is in fact one of those aftermarket filters, remove it and pitch it in the trash can where it belongs, and put in an OEM oil filter and oil filter cap from Ford. They have been known to fail the o-ring on the cap and leak oil from that location too.
