Is the Superduty 4X4 even trying to engage?
Sorry guys, been busy. No i cant hear the 4×4 even trying to engage, usually you can feel it and hear it. No codes from my simple scanner, i dont have anything like a Modis or snap on brick. Any suggestions on what voltage should be at the switch or haw to check the dash switch?
Why does my Superduty 4×4 not turn on?
Put a meter on the shift motor if you read voltage at the shift motor and the motor doesn’t move its probably the motor. There is a slim chance a wire has chaffed shorting somewhere leaving you with voltage and no current to actually move the motor, but that is a slim chance in hell.
Where is the 4×4 switch on a Superduty?
Any info would help i hate not having 4×4 when i need it. Want to check switch, transfer case switch, and 4×4 control box but not sure how. Air you say superduty im going to assume that it’s a ’99 up. In that case there’s a relay box also under the master cylinder.

Well snows here and my 4×4 switch wont engage the transfer case. My question is how to check the switch, the part that is on the transfer case that changes the ranges, and i also read there is a 4×4 control box behind the glove box. Any info would help i hate not having 4×4 when i need it.
How to fix Ford Superduty 4WD hubs problem?
Check my video for how to do this in detail. You will completely bypass the electronics of the 4wd system and apply direct vacuum to your hubs. If you have no leaks in the vacuum lines that go out to your hubs from the solenoid, then the vacuum pump should shut off in under 45 seconds (once it fully pressurizes).
