The Ford F-150 multi function switch has gone bad. The windshield wipers stay activated in the slowest mode. This obstructs the view of drivers, and is distracting. The part number is: Fl3Z-13K359-ac. This malfunction is an issue for 2015 models and newer.

Turn key on has power but wont start. Same problem. Replaced starter, starter relay, fuses, and new battery. All grounds good. Turn key just a thump from the new starter relay.
